The Melplash Agricultural Show takes place on August 26th 2010 and the Riverside Restaurant is offering prizes for the best fishcakes.

3 fishcakes (of the same recipe) with an accompanying sauce
The fishcakes and the sauce are to be supplied separately in a non-returnable container. The fishcakes and the sauce will be heated before judging.
The dish is to be accompanied with a typed copy of the recipe giving details of the ingredients and method of cooking.
The fishcakes, with their sauce, are to be delivered to the Riverside Restaurant, West Bay on Wednesday 25th August, between 10:30 and 3:30pm.
